  Demonstrated scientific research conducted by scientists from the" British Queen Margaret University", says the results of people who have inclination to obesity,

can lose weight quickly if they have a certain physically active, and follow a diet rich in sucrose.









Scientists chose to make their experiences 69 women suffer from obesity. Experiments lasted for 12 weeks, and these women underwent a diet included food materials free of fat. It also allowed them to take a small amount of food containing sugar.

 The other condition in which the contents of the experiments are to walk in the open air daily for at least an hour.
