Lemon yogurt with honey
This yogurt is good as a dessert or snack during the day, except for dinner. The original dessert recipe includes the ingredients listed below also to the two tablespoons of dry wine.

450 ml of skimmed yogurt without sugar and fillers
One tablespoon liquid honey or sweetened grated zest of 1 lime or lemonJuice of 2 lemonsFresh fruit to decoratePreparation:
1. In a large bowl combine yogurt, honey and lemon zest, excellent beat. Gradually add lemon juice whisking all the time;
2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and garnish with fresh fruit such as adding a few fresh raspberries, strawberries or blueberries;
3. Also, you can decorate each serving of yogurt with a thin slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Cool 30 minutes and serve.
